You can easily purchase more credits or upgrade your plan if needed, and any unused additional credits (beyond your monthly subscription credits) remain available until they are fully spent.

• Course Creator: Clients can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually using a credits-based system.
• Enterprise Plans: Customized pricing and payment terms are available based on client needs.

• Invoicing: For monthly commitments, invoices are issued monthly in advance; for annual commitments, invoices are issued annually.
• Late Payments: Portal access is deactivated if payment isn’t received within 21 days of the due date.
• Currency: All prices are in USD, unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes: Prices exclude taxes, and clients are responsible for any applicable taxes.

At the end of your plan term (monthly, quarterly, or annually for Course Creator; annually for LMS), the subscription will automatically renew.

You will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle. 

To reactivate services, Bonzai AI may charge a re-activation fee, which will be agreed upon at the time of reactivation.
